Gill has been practicing Hatha Yoga for over 30 years, teaching yoga since 1998, and completed her teacher training with the British Wheel of Yoga in 2000. During this time she has taught in a number of different venues running classes for beginners, advanced students and classes of mixed experience.

Through the years her teaching and personal practice has developed. She is inspired by those who have worked with Vanda Scaravelli and her students and continues to explore ways of working that free and refresh the body, using the breath to release and soften.
