Each class begins with a short period of composure followed by warming activities, specific postures working with the breath. Most classes end with seated meditation or breathing technique and a period of relaxation.
Students are encouraged become aware of how their body is feeling and adapt the postures appropriately, with tutor support, so they leave the class feeling refreshed and light.

Please bring a mat and wear comfortable loose clothing. You may also wish to bring along a blanket and or pillow for the relaxation.
It is advisable not to eat a large meal before the class and if you have any particularly health issues please discuss these prior to the class.
